Two Room Options

Our reception area combines elegance and functionality, featuring a polished concrete floor, bright white walls, and rustic wood beams with elegant chandeliers. The rear wet bar offers wine, beer, and malt-based drinks, while a glass bifold door opens to a spacious outdoor patio. State-of-the-art audio, visual, and lighting systems ensure top-notch entertainment, and abundant natural light from numerous windows makes it a photographer’s dream.

Seating for up to 150Sumac Room

This room is perfect for a rehearsal dinner, micro wedding, or small reception. Its soft and sleek design features white walls with blonde wood accents extending to the ceiling. For an indoor chapel-style wedding, pew seating options are available. The Sumac provides everything you need to entertain guests, including a wet bar and state-of-the-art audio, visual, and lighting systems.

Every event includes a complimentary water and tea or coffee station. A wet bar is also available with any event rental. The bar offers beer, wine, malt-based drinks, and wine-based liquors.**

*Food service fee is $3 per person or minimum of $400.
**Bar service fee is $400 for less than 150 guests and $750 for more than 150 guests.

We will have three outdoor ceremony options along with two indoor options and a large patio for outdoor entertainment. With rental of the Oak Room you will have exclusive access to the bridal suite and the grooms room.

Can we bring our own vendors?

You have the option of onsite or offsite vendors. All vendors must appropriately licensed and bonded.

Do you offer shuttle services?

The shuttle service is available at no extra charge to you. We will take your guest to and from local hotels and campgrounds.
